Maggie Randolph

Senior Healthcare Analyst

Maggie Randolph is a senior research analyst at CHRT. She is responsible for providing analysis and strategic support for a variety of health policy projects, including issues specific to Medicaid policy at the state and federal levels.

Prior to joining CHRT, Maggie was a Legislative Representative at AARP in Washington, DC. At AARP, Maggie led the Government Affairs department’s federal advocacy on Medicaid policy. She focused specifically on issues including Medicaid financing, long-term services and supports, home and community-based services, and family caregiving. Maggie previously served in several staff roles on Capitol Hill and with the State of Michigan. She holds a master’s degree in government from Johns Hopkins University, and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Michigan.
