Katie Duggan is the health policy analyst for the House Democratic Policy Office. Duggan was previously a legislative aide to the chair of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Community Health. She is a graduate of Marquette University and the Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
