Sandra Bitonti Stewart

Business Development Director

Sandra Bitonti Stewart is the Business Development Director at the Center for Health and Research Transformation (CHRT) in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She works to support and monitor development of new business opportunities related to overall organizational vision, mission and strategic objectives. Sandra received her Graduate certificate in Public Health Practice from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health and her BA from James Madison College at Michigan State University.

Prior to working at CHRT, Sandra was the Executive Director of the Midwifery Education Accreditation Council and co-founder of Birth Network National, a grassroots consumer organization with over 40 chapters around the US, dedicated to the promotion of evidence-based maternity care. In addition, Sandra worked as Manager or Government Relations for the Michigan State Medical Society and as Associate Director of the Michigan Women’s Foundation.
